North America
MVPs, SaaS engineering and production AI for American startups
The United States is the world's largest market for software, and it moves fast. SaaS startups in San Francisco, New York and Austin race to find product-market fit, established companies in Boston, Chicago and Seattle are deciding which parts of their products and operations AI should touch, and small and mid-sized businesses everywhere need software that replaces manual work. Experienced engineers in the US cost a lot and take months to hire, so many teams look for an outside partner who can ship reliably without constant supervision.
Everyone on our team is in Tamil Nadu, India, looking after American clients remotely. IST runs 9.5 hours ahead of New York in summer and up to 13.5 hours ahead of California in winter, so the routine is deliberate: a fixed call early in your day (late evening for us), a written status note before we sign off, and demos booked inside US business hours. Across more than 150 engagements we have shipped SaaS platforms, two-sided marketplaces, CRMs and AI functionality, and where consumer data is involved we design around state privacy laws such as California's CCPA.
Who we work with in the US
Bay Area and Austin SaaS startups
First versions of a SaaS product focused on one core job, structured and documented so future hires can extend it.
Growing software companies
Engineers who extend a live product with new modules, third-party integrations, internal admin screens or AI capabilities.
Financial services and marketplaces
Adviser-facing platforms, buyer-seller marketplaces and customer portals, with RxT and Finocall as our reference builds.
Main Street service businesses
CRMs, scheduling, online stores and automated workflows for restaurants, agencies, travel operators and local service firms.
A hypothetical Atlanta engagement
Scheduling and invoicing for an Atlanta home-services company
Consider a home-services company in the Atlanta suburbs dispatching technicians from a whiteboard and invoicing customers days after each job. One way a project could run is a dispatcher dashboard, a technician mobile app with job notes and photos, and invoices generated the moment work is marked complete. Given the large time gap, we would hold a short call during the owner's early morning, post a written summary each evening, and record demos so the office manager can watch whenever suits. The initial release would likely cover scheduling and the technician app, with invoicing and payment links following.
How we help American companies
Most US engagements fall into one of these four areas, whether you are a New York SaaS team or a family-run service company in Miami.
Talk to buyers before building
Seed-stage founders in the Bay Area or Austin often burn months building features before talking to buyers. Drawing on launching our own products, we help pressure-test the scope, sequence releases and decide what can wait until after the first paying customers.
Learn more →Language models under real cost limits
Many American companies are past the demo stage and now need AI that holds up under real usage and cost limits. We wire language models into support desks, document workflows and internal search, with evaluation against your own data before launch.
Learn more →Purpose-built scheduling and quoting tools
Mid-sized firms in Chicago, Atlanta or Denver frequently outgrow off-the-shelf tools for scheduling, quoting or field service. Purpose-built software tuned to your operations, and integrated with QuickBooks, Salesforce or HubSpot, removes those workarounds.
Learn more →Apps that match consumer expectations
US users compare every app against the best consumer products they own. We deliver web and mobile experiences for marketplaces, SaaS dashboards and service businesses with strong attention to onboarding, accessibility and performance on both iOS and Android.
Learn more →Async by default, overlap by design
- A predictable rhythm across the gap: one live call at the start of your day, an end-of-day written report, and demos on US hours.
- Because Brigaly and Zinola are products we operate, we judge features by whether customers stay, not just whether a sprint closes.
- Billing in US dollars, an NDA, every IP right transferred to your company, and a stateside trip to open the project if it is big enough.

Questions US founders ask
Is there a US entity or team?
No. Every one of us is Tamil Nadu-based and we have not set up a US legal entity. Daily collaboration runs through video calls, a shared task board and written reports, and someone will travel out to kick off a sizeable engagement.
With India so far ahead, when do we talk?
We hold a fixed call during your morning, which falls in our evening, for standups and decisions. Before signing off we post a written update, so progress is waiting when your day starts, and demos are booked within US working hours.
Will you build our first version for early customers?
Yes. We start by narrowing your thesis to one workflow worth testing, then ship weekly builds your first customers can try. The repository is yours from day one and documented for whoever joins your engineering team next.
Who keeps the IP, and how do you bill?
Your company does. The agreement includes an NDA and assigns every piece of IP to your business. Billing is in USD, either per milestone or as a monthly retainer, agreed before kickoff.
Wake up to progress on your product
Send us your idea or backlog, and we will set up a morning overlap call, async daily updates and USD billing that suits your team.
