Europe
Websites, joined-up systems and sensible AI for British SMEs
The UK ranks among the busiest markets anywhere for digital products. London leads Europe in fintech and SaaS, Manchester and Birmingham have strong digital and professional services scenes, Edinburgh is known for financial services and data, and Cardiff and the rest of Wales have a growing base of creative and tech businesses. Alongside them sit hundreds of thousands of SMEs, from restaurants and retailers to consultancies, that need a good website, a reliable booking or ordering system, or software that removes manual admin.
Quansail's team works out of Tamil Nadu in India and serves British clients online without a UK office. We are not new to the market: we designed and built the website for Dosabar, a South Indian restaurant and bar in Wales. India sits 4.5 hours on from BST and 5.5 on from GMT, so a London morning meets our afternoon for calls and reviews, and building carries on after your day ends. Beyond Dosabar, our 150-plus projects span websites, SaaS platforms, CRMs and AI features.
British sectors we build for
High-street restaurants and pubs
Websites, online ordering, table booking and multi-site management, informed by building the Dosabar site and by our Restaurant Management System.
City fintechs and advisory practices
Client portals, onboarding journeys, CRMs and admin automation for advisers and fintechs, shaped by RxT and Finocall.
London and Manchester SaaS teams
MVP builds and extra engineering hands for UK product teams who cannot wait months to recruit.
Independent retailers and D2C brands
Custom storefronts, subscriptions and order operations for independent retailers and growing D2C brands.
Possible project: a two-site café group
An ordering and loyalty app for a regional café chain
Suppose a small café group with sites in Cardiff and Bristol takes click-and-collect orders through a third-party platform that charges heavy commission and keeps the customer data. A typical project could replace it with a branded ordering app, a kitchen display for each site and a simple loyalty scheme. Our afternoon in India lines up with a British morning, so the owner could review progress over coffee, while development carries on after their working day ends. A sensible first phase would launch ordering at one site, then roll out loyalty and the remaining locations after real customer feedback.
What we offer UK businesses
British clients, from high-street hospitality to London product teams, tend to work with us on the four services below.
Online presence for independents
Independent restaurants, salons and retailers across Britain live or die by their online presence. Having built the Dosabar website in Wales, we design fast, mobile-friendly sites and booking or ordering apps that turn local searches into covers and sales.
Learn more →Joining up a patchwork of SaaS
Consultancies and accountancy practices in Manchester or Leeds often run on a patchwork of SaaS subscriptions that never quite talk to each other. We build a bespoke portal and back-office system that replaces the patchwork with one dependable tool.
Learn more →AI that earns its place
London fintechs and professional firms want AI that earns its place rather than a chatbot bolted on. Think triaging inbound queries, extracting data from statements or drafting first-pass reports, built with UK GDPR obligations in mind.
Learn more →One identity across menus and channels
A Bristol start-up or Glasgow family business may have a great product but an inconsistent identity across website, menus and social channels. We help sharpen positioning, tone of voice and visual language before a new site goes live.
Learn more →Your morning, our afternoon

- British mornings line up with our afternoons, and a written note at close of play means work moves on overnight.

UK client questions
Is there a Quansail office in Britain?
No. Our people all work from Tamil Nadu, and British projects are handled online. We meet during the UK morning, our afternoon, and someone can come over to run a kickoff session if the scope justifies the trip.
Have you delivered for a British client before?
Yes. We built the website for Dosabar, a South Indian restaurant and bar in Wales. The rest of our client base spans India and several other countries, all served from Tamil Nadu.
What does your UK GDPR approach involve?
We operate within UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018: a controller-processor agreement, collecting only what is needed, role-based access and, if you ask, UK- or EU-based hosting. The controller role stays with you, and we supply the records you would want on file if the ICO ever asks.
Do you invoice in sterling?
Invoices are raised in pounds sterling against milestones fixed before work starts. Our agreement includes confidentiality terms and hands every right in the code, designs and copy to your business.
