Envision a Gothenburg cleantech company that gathers energy readings from customer sites through CSV exports and compiles quarterly impact reports by hand. One possible project would build an ingestion service for those readings, a web dashboard showing trends per site, and report templates customers could download themselves. In keeping with a flat Swedish working culture, we would share our board and repository openly and join the team's standup in their morning, our afternoon. An initial phase might automate data ingestion and a single dashboard, with customer-facing reports scheduled for the following sprint.

Does Quansail employ anyone in Sweden?
No. All our people are Tamil Nadu-based and Swedish engagements run online. Someone can come to Stockholm or Gothenburg to start a bigger project in person.
Who is the controller, and who answers to IMY?
We act as your processor under the GDPR, with a signed agreement, minimal data collection, role-based access and EU hosting if you want it. Accountability to IMY stays with you as controller, and we hand over the technical records your privacy work needs.
Could you own one component of our product?
Yes. Our developers can work in your GitHub or GitLab, follow your pull-request rules and join stand-ups in the overlapping Stockholm morning. A common setup is giving us one well-defined component while your own team keeps the main roadmap.
